1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Product images are for reference only; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is found to be incorrectly priced.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery.
• In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

3. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days across India.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies below that.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
