Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Has all original tags attached
- Is packed in the original packaging
- Is not a sale / clearance item (sale items are non-returnable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during Sale / clearance events
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customised or made-to-order items
How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with your order number and reason for return.
- Send clear photos of the item showing the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to us. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is wrong or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange! Initiate it the same way as a return. If the replacement item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Wrong or Defective Item
If you received a wrong or damaged product, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.
