Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Delivery Areas
We ship pan India through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier's website or in your My Orders page.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays can occur due to courier issues, natural events, or remote locations. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 and we will resolve it immediately.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
